Notion of "Environments"

Tests are running in various environment and we need to provide better visibility to naturally fit user’s workflows.
The suggested solution is to use a tag naming convention for designate environments for example: env:production would be automatically recognized and “Production” environment.

Currently dealing with edge cases like users providing multiple environment tags within the same run
