Jira Integration - handle Custom Required Fields

The current Jira Integration implementation does not work when the issue type has a required custom field, making the Integration redundant.

You can use the following API endpoints to discover the required fields and use these to ask the user to make their selection, so you are able to send a complete and successful Create Issue.
