Stale actions

Hi, I was thinking of the Actions feature request. It might be connected to “Actions Engine Possibilities” but it’s stale task for now. I was thinking of adding “Stale actions” filter, like right now we have “Affected tests”. Background: at beginning of taking in work old e2e tests' repo I had to quarantine a lot of them. In the meantime we worked on some (fixing/rewriting/changing names along the way) so I assume some of them might be already "in the wild" working properly and actions are stale. It’d be nice if we could check “not fired” actions for 7/14/30+ days.
