unsaved changes modal displays after creating a Jira

When trying to close the modal after creating a Jira from a failed test, the modal won’t close until you click the OK button on the message “app.current.dev says ‘You have unsaved changes. Are you sure you want to close?’.

In fact, there are no unsaved changes and the modal should just close when the x button is clicked or you click out of the modal. I’m using a Chrome browser but I see the same issue in Edge.
